Warranty Condition 2013

What the Warranty Covers
GRANDING warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under manufacturing and normal use during the warranty period. If a product proves to suffer from defective materials or workmanship during the warranty period, GRANDING must be notified immediately by email or by phone call. GRANDING will then decide how a possible the defect is to be rectified, that including, without limitation, repair or replace the defective part(s) or units with a new part(s) or unit or at GRANDING option with a refurbished part or unit that is not new but has been functionally tested at no cost to client.
GRANDING will also repair or replace the products after the warranty period and the cost of parts and return freight will be charged.

How Long is the Warranty Effective
Product warranties may vary and depend on where you made your purchase. The chart below is for your reference only. The Authorized Service Center will be responsible for the cost of return shipment.

If a copy of the original proof-of-purchase is not available, the warranty period will be considered to begin on the date of manufacture (this applies to repairs or replacement on arrival only). There is no grace period for a unit once the warranty period is over.
Note: The warranty is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

           GRANDING reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

Who the Warranty Protects
This warranty is not transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
1. Any product on which the serial number has been defaced modified or removed.
2. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
a. Normal wear and tear.
b. Scratching, cracking or breakage of the product's LCD screen.
c. Cracked, scratched, broken or modified plastic, or parts that have been altered, defaced or removed.
d. Accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, improper shipping or acts of God or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
e. Repairs not performed by GRANDING.
f. Removal or installation of the product.
g. Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure.
h. Any other cause that does not relate to a product defect.

How to get Service
1. For information on obtaining warranty service, call your GRANDING dealer, visit our website at www.granding.com, or send an email to GRANDING Customer Support at service@granding.com.
2. If you are determined to be eligible for warranty service, you will be required to provide following information to submit an RMA FORM:
a. The model number of the product
b. The serial number of the product
c. The firmware of the product
d. The original dated sales slip
e. Where purchased
f. Your name
g. Your address
h. Telephone number
i. E-mail address
j. Description of problem

Limitation of Implied Warranties
There are no warranties, express or implied, which extend beyond the description contained herein including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Exclusion of Damages
GRANDING's liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the product. GRANDING shall not be liable for:
1. Damage to other property caused by any defects in the product, damages based upon inconvenience, loss of use of the product, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, interference with business relationships, or other commercial loss, even if advised of their possibility of such damages.
2. Any other damages, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise.
3. Any claim against the customer by any other party.

Effect of Local Law
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties and/or do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
